Take lead and give guidance in work processing and project management, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and delivery.
Business development with multinational clients
Interview candidates and make CDS (Candidate Data Sheet), reference check for qualified candidate.
Responsible for finalizing the tailored progress reports to clients.
Ensure the talents database and industrial up-to-date
Oversee after-services activities such as performance evaluation and job satisfaction
